I saw him sitting on a top of the folded laundry and I thought he was a toy. Not all that far-fetched--my kids do have a very realistic toy lizard!

Anyway, I put out my hand to grab some clothes and he moved. That was a surprise.

In my case, I was able to coax my little friend down the stairs and out the front door.

I'm so sorry for your lizardy loss.Susan Sandmorehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07164808807596808866noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1084768152849313070.post-54659381180677059112008-02-16T16:14:00.000-05:002008-02-16T16:14:00.000-05:00Ha! Weren't there enough bugs for him to eat, I wonder, or did you have the airconditioning on non-stop?

I knew a couple in New York who kept some sort of lizard to kill all their cockroaches. I was going to ask if you were planning to hire out your literate lizard, but then I focused both eyes on the screen(one eye is usually looking to the side to see what the cats have knocked down). Rest well, Mr. Lizard. And here's hoping your stories find a wonderful home, too!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04576743533617299665noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1084768152849313070.post-60212057416203402642008-02-15T15:29:00.000-05:002008-02-15T15:29:00.000-05:00Aw, poor little lizard. :(Aw, poor little lizard. :(Jessica Burkhart https://www.blogger.com/profile/01392565903843981091noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1084768152849313070.post-25558959128835939222008-02-15T11:15:00.000-05:002008-02-15T11:15:00.000-05:00You know, I actually love lizards! Then, I could stick them on my ears or my nose. Ahhhh! To be a child of the tropics. Now, up here in PA, we don't have the little critters. And, I miss them.

RIP Mr. Lizard... RIP.
