Three Column Conversion!
Yay! I successfully converted my two-column blog into a three column blog. Tweaks are still needed, though--I've having all kinds of trouble with the header. I'm calling it a night. I must watch my recording of America's Next Top Model.

Oh, I looked for your book at Borders today but I didn't see it. Maybe B&N . . . ?
I love your blog. It looks great. And your picture is very professional. The book looks so fun and inviting. Great title too!
Oooh! See I totally can appreciate that. Making my blog a three column one would be like me splitting the atom. Frankly I'm scared to touch the darned thing.
Yeah, I've thoguht about updating mine but the danger. I don't think I have the courage.
Kim, thanks for looking for my book! The new one comes out end of May, 2010.
Thanks, Christina! The Summer of Moonlight Secrets evolved during an intense brainstorming session. It was hard to let go of "The Hotel of Blueberry Goodness," but the novel took off in a more mysterious course than Blueberry intimates.
Sandy--ha! Believe me, I wasscared! I saw the whole thing being sucked into a black hole, but it didn't happen--whew! I still have to tweak it a bit. (That's this morning's task.)
Charles, I know just what you mean. I once, a long time ago, tried to change templates and somehow misplaced Summer Friend. I took hours to get it back. This time, I was careful to hit "Preview" upon each and every change, no matter how trivial, and if I liked that effect, I saved. So that's how I did it--step-by-step.
Of course, I didn't figure it out on my own; I used this guy's coding: http://blogging.nitecruzr.net/2007/11/making-3-column-stretch-template.html
Talk about a blog guru! He's very creative when it comes to hard coding. His directions start with a stretch Sand Dollar template; mine is a Minima regular template, but it wasn't hard to apply his coding to my blog. I was, however, afraid to pour my blog into a new template, so I forced the stretch myself by changing the width of the outer wrapper.
It looks GREAT! 3 columns FTW!
Thanks, Courtney!
